Return Policy
For faulty or incorrect items:

If you are within the United Arab Emirates and the item is incorrect or faulty and we will arrange for a pick up from you and will send you a replacement once we verify the fault.

For International customers, if the item is incorrect or faulty and you need to return it, you will have to send it back to us. Once the item is received, we will resend the correct item free of charge.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us here, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you select a tracked service and please retain shipping proof in case there are any issues with the post.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Though, any additional costs for returning a faulty or incorrect item will be our responsibility.

Returns for any other reasons:

You just can’t return anything that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment when payment is made through PayPal or Credit Card. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. If you decide to return an item for any reason other than it being damaged or not what you ordered, you will bear the charges of returning the item back to us.

We do not accept returns on small items like tote bags.
